APW - E Howard & Co, Boston, series VII adjusted, deer grade, N-S (just over 19S), heavy 14K EH&Co original HC with gold cuvette and weighted band (probably by BWCCo), SW-SS, WE-SSD, lever escapement, 15J, GJS, gilt mvt, s#220394. Gross weight of assembled watch 90.3 dwt (140.5 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: GRO, fine mvt condition overall, tarnish and microspeckle; dial with glued fracture above seconds; hands near mint; case shows light wear, some MFS, many dents or dings to covers and band, ET detail vanishing at shoulders, unevenly reduced overall; bow tight, very thinned, brass replacement crown shows very light wear; good glass crystal.
